About nxtConcepts
nxtConcepts was started in 2003 by Samantha Rufo. Rufo had worked in the ski industry managing both marketing and technology programs since 1996. After developing numerous successful and award winning permission based & eMarketing programs for ski resorts, she decided to take the “next concepts” in marketing to other businesses with the same needs. nxtConcepts was born.
